For few months our webpage hasn't been updated. Reason is not the fact that nothing happened but the fact at the beginning of August we lost our Vala. Her death is something that doesn't make easy things to continue in usual way. In spite of that and in memory and respect to really special tornjak that touched our lives in many ways we try to go on best we can.
At beginning of September at CAC Pula, judged by Milan Jovanović Vihor Vala Liburna got excellent, Young Dog Winner, JBOB, BOB and was placed 3rd in native breeds BIS. At CACIB Osijek Vila Velebita Vala Liburna won her first Young Dog Winner title. Istok Vala Liburna, owned by Norbert Čička, won puppy BIS 3rd at his first show weekend. At Euro Dog Show at Celje Bura got r.CAC in champion class.

We enjoyed wonderful Four summer night shows (2 x CAC and 2 x CACIB Split) and had nice results. Sjever Vala Liburna closed his Croatian championship and his daughter Istra Vala Liburna at age of 5 and half months won BABY Best in Show on CAC Split July 22nd 2010 judged by Phyllis Poduschka Aigner.

We were at CAC Velika Gorica show where Vihor Vala Liburna got very promising 1. and BOB puppy, and Istra Vala Liburna got very promising 1. and BOB baby.

Past weekend at CACIB Umag show, Istra Vala Liburna, just a week more than 3 months old won 3rd BIS BABY
Sjever opened croatian and slovenian championship.
Today Iris went to a new home and Istra is still waiting for a good home.

Last few weeks we spent wonderful time enjoying meadows near our home. Inat and Imela went to new loving homes, Istra and Iris are still looking for their people to love.

Inat, Imela, Istra and Iris visited school for children with special needs today and made children smile.

Iskon, Istok, Ika and Iver went to new homes last weekend. We wish them long, healthy and happy lives with their new owners.

Puppies are almost 8 weeks old, got their third echinococcus treatment, first vaccine, they are tatooed, happy and playful. Soon they are ready for new homes. There are new pictures in our I-litter gallery.

On two CACIB Zagreb shows past weekend our Vila Velebita Vala Liburna and Vapor Vala Liburna had their show premiere. They both got very promising grades from three different judges and presented tornjak breed in BIS baby.


Bura's puppies are growing, opening their eyes, starting to walk and to hear sounds. New phase of experiencing the world around them is in front of us. There are new pictures in our I-litter gallery.

Puppies are tatooed today so they are ready to leave us and go to new homes.
